Referring to the Mediterranean climate, warm one and with months where the relative humidity is very high, the building has an aerothermal system that feeds the central air conditioning system with an special installation for the entire building.

 

Ventilation and air conditioning manage air flows to improve their efficiency and reduce consumption. This installation is managed individually and independently in each of the apartments by home automation, which in addition to the underfloor heating (which frees us from the installation of radiators to leave the spaces clean), provides the home with a system of hidden pipes with air vents at the desired temperature independently in each of the rooms. Taking advantage of the fact that the entire surface of the house has a false ceiling with a chamber through which the ducts run.

 

This detail in the facilities we also take into account in the lighting system, we have created a cozy environment where the light is hidden in the profiles located between the walls and the ceiling. The house admits any type of lighting.
